A beautiful opening day in Höganäs with Beckmans

A little note from today — on visiting Ulrika at Beckmans for the opening of her second store, and bringing KOCO and NKD APE into a space filled with warmth, beauty and incredible attention to detail.

Today we had the pleasure of visiting Beckmans in Höganäs, where Ulrika opened her second store — and what a beautiful opening it was.

Her first store was opened in Strängnäs, and seeing her now bring that same eye, warmth and feeling into a new space was honestly very inspiring. Ulrika has a real talent for creating stores that feel more than just beautiful. They feel welcoming, personal and deeply considered.

There is something very special about the way she works with a room. Every detail feels intentional. The balance of products, textures, tones and atmosphere creates a space that feels both charming and calm — the kind of place you want to stay in a little longer.

So when we got the opportunity to come and do a full demonstration of our perfumes from NKD APE and candles from KOCO for her customers, of course we said yes.

It turned into such a successful day. There were many visitors, a lot of curiosity, great conversations and that lovely feeling that comes when people are genuinely excited to discover something new.

We spent the day introducing customers to the worlds of NKD APE and KOCO — sharing the stories, the scent profiles, the mood behind the products and the way we think about fragrance and atmosphere across both brands.

One of the best parts of days like this is getting to meet people face to face and experience their reactions in real time. And yes — people really loved the perfumes and candles. That is always the most rewarding part. Seeing someone connect with a scent, pause for a second, smile, and suddenly understand the feeling behind it.

It reminded us again how important physical spaces still are. When a store is created with care, and when the person behind it has a true gift for atmosphere, it becomes the perfect setting for discovery. Products get to be experienced the way they are meant to be experienced — with time, with feeling and with the right surroundings.

That is exactly what Ulrika has created with Beckmans. Not just a store, but a place with heart.
